Colombo Street, in Kandy, is a busy avenue, its eastern end crowded with hardware stores. Incongruously squeezed in amongst these is The Radh, a delightful city hotel, ingeniously designed to make use of a narrow street frontage. Many of The Radh’s rooms have balconies overlooking Colombo Street, giving one a great position to look out over the hubbub of Kandy City, while remaining removed from it.
